The latest masterpieces from the Lauenstein Chocolatiers are the RUMULT Signature Truffle and the RUMULT Pineapple Liqueur Truffle.

These delectable truffles are coated in dark and milk chocolate and feature RUMULT Signature Cask Selection 43% and RUMULT Bavarian Liqueur Pineapple, fermented and double-distilled at the traditional Upper Bavarian distillery LANTENHAMMER.

Ingredients

sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, whipped cream, 4,4% Rum, 4,1% rum liqueur, skimmed milk powder, butter, water, glucose syrup, emulsifier: soya lecithin; cream powder, vanilla extract, Bourbon Vanilla, colouring agent: beta-carotene.

May contain traces of edible nuts.

Cocoa: 60% minimum in dark chocolate.

Cocoa butter: 34% minimum in white chocolate.

Cocoa: 38% minimum in fine milk chocolate.

Cocoa: 36% minimum in milk chocolate.
