Transparent factory

Immerse into the world of culinary delight: Located on the ground floor of the idyllic situated mill, the transparent factory allows exclusive insights into the elaborate manufacturing process that is necessary for fabricating the highest quality of chocolate delicacies. An extraordinary amount of handywork is required to create the delicate nougat tartlets or the Parisian noble marzipan roll, which is covered with hot chocolate, garnished with chocolate-coated walnuts and embedded in sugar.

Moreover, especially the application of the delicate decorations with which our praline specialities and truffles are garnished requires lots of patience and finesse. Guests that are open to try and truffle fans are able to flee everyday life, immerse themselves in the world of chocolate and slip into the role of a confectioner and garnish their own praline specialities.
