Pleasure cooperation with Lantenhammer
The finest fruit brandies and liqueurs characterize the first co-production of the traditional Upper Franconian confectionery and the award-winning distillery from Upper Bavaria. In this post:
Lauenstein Confiserie unveils its delightful artisan alliance
with the Lantenhammer distillery
Both are dedicated to indulgence, both focus on quality and craftsmanship. Lauenstein Confiserie and the Lantenhammer distillery are a 'match' based on solid, shared values. And the new cooperation is bearing well-ripened fruit. At the beginning of September, Lauenstein Confiserie is launching the first truffle collection with the Haushammer creations: the Lantenhammer Likör- und Edelbrand Auslese with creamy filled truffle creations in five varieties.
The art of indulgence and craftsmanship in a duet
The fact that this love of handcrafted quality fits perfectly with the philosophy of the traditional Upper Franconian confectionery is now evident in the first new product from the Lauensteiner Genusskooperation: the Lantenhammer liqueur and brandy selection.
This first product contains five creations and focuses on the distillery partner's fine fruit brandies and liqueurs - including Mirabelle plum brandy in dark truffle cream and milk chocolate, forest raspberry brandy in light truffle cream and dark chocolate coating or hazelnut brandy in white truffle cream and milk chocolate. The fine sour cherry brandy and Williams pear brandy are also part of the collection, which makes us excited about what the two Bavarian manufacturers have planned together

Fine distillery from Upper Bavaria
Since 1928, the name Lantenhammer has stood for fine distillates from master craftsmen. The fine variety from Hausham in Bavaria owes its first-class quality to the generation-spanning focus on the origin, quality and processing of the fruit as well as the avoidance of artificial and nature-identical additives.
The distillates get their aroma and special mildness from years of storage and maturation in historic stoneware containers.
Shared values, double the attraction
In keeping with the cooler temperatures, Lauenstein Confiserie is also presenting its second co-creation with the award-winning Lantenhammer distillery - the RUMULT Bavarian Rum Trüffel selection. It heats up the approaching autumn with warm Caribbean aromas and enhances every coffee or digestif round. The rum that sets the tone in the two fruity and smooth truffle varieties is none other than the signature cask selection from the Hausham distillery. A handmade rarity - and a perfect match for the high art of truffles from Lauenstein.
The new Lauensteiner RUMULT truffles are produced in two varieties
The elegantly tart RUMULT Signature Cask Truffle and its fruity sidekick, the RUMULT Pineapple Liqueur Truffle in a delicate milk coating. They are both something special. This is because the underlying spirit is not made from molasses at Lantenhammer, but directly from the aromatic sugar cane syrup. For the full-bodied Signature Cask Selection, a small batch is distilled in small batches; the result matures for years in Madeira, cognac, bourbon or sherry casks. The Pineapple Liqueur, which is also handmade, is based on genuine Bavarian RUMULT and gets its intensely fruity pineapple note from fully ripe Queen Victoria fruit.

An enjoyable
Craft alliance
