Delicate nutty roasting aromas fill the entire room when the finest nougat is being made in our confectionery. According to traditional recipes and with a great deal of experience, the hazelnuts are gently roasted, finely ground, and processed with other exquisite ingredients into melt-in-your-mouth nougat.

One of these masterful creations is our praline of the month for October, the Lauenstein Hazelnut Nougat Praline.

The melting core of the finest hazelnut nougat and the caramelised hazelnut on top make it virtually unbeatable in terms of "nutty flavour." For true nougat lovers, it is more than just a temptation.
