Tradition and innovation now come together here in a fresh new look – in the most tasteful way possible.
Soon Open Again for Visitors – The Interactive Glass Manufactory
Starting in October 2025, our Glass Manufactory will once again be regularly open to visitors.
You can look forward to a diverse program filled with exciting hands-on activities.
Some activities require advance booking – others can be enjoyed spontaneously on site.
Whether it’s a praline seminar, a children’s birthday party, a bachelor celebration, a holiday program, decorating pralines,
embellishing nougat hearts, pouring chocolate, or delightful group tours – our new bookable offers
turn the Fischbachsmühle into a place where guests don’t just watch, but also create, stir,

For the festive Grand Opening, you can look
forward to exciting guided tours through the newly
redesigned manufactory, a lively program of music
and culinary delights, and plenty of opportunities
to discover the new Fischbachsmühle in all its facets.

JAKAO – Experience Our Integrated Bean-to-Bar Production
A true highlight of the new manufactory is 'JAKAO Bean-to-Bar by Lauenstein'. Here, our own organic chocolates are created with the utmost care and craftsmanship – made from the finest cocoa beans in the world.
With this new bean-to-bar concept, Lauenstein Confiserie is taking an important step toward the future: chocolate will now be produced entirely in-house, from bean to bar – sustainable, transparent, and with state-of-the-art technology, yet always in the spirit of traditional confectionery artistry.
We are currently perfecting our recipes to soon launch a truly unique chocolate line. Of course, we will keep you informed about the official release – but you can already enjoy an exclusive first glimpse of this exciting project at the Grand Opening!

refined with a wide variety of creative toppings, lovingly handcrafted, and more transparent than ever before.
