Confiserie Burg Lauenstein is a manufacturer of the finest hand-made pralines and chocolate products based in Ludwigsstadt and has operations in Teuschnitz and Fischbachsmühle near Lauenstein.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for trainees that would like to become confectionery technologists (m/f/d) in Teuschnitz from September 1st, 2023.

Training Period: 3 Years

What you learn:

• The handcrafted production of high-quality chocolates and pralines
• How to develop of new recipes
• Quality assurance, raw material control in goods receipt
• Food law regulations for correct processing and storage
• Setting up, monitoring and operating production and packaging systems

What you need:

• A good "Haupt- oder Realschulabschluss" or High School Diploma
• Love of Math and Chemistry
• Interested in the Food Industry
• Enthusiasm for technical processes and how they work
• Willingness to get up early
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and motivation
