Lauensteiner Dubai Style ChocolateTraditional craftsmanship meets oriental magic - Made in Upper Franconia
In this post:

Welcome to a world of 1001 nights!
With the new Dubai Style chocolate, Lauenstein Confiserie takes the art of chocolate making to a new level.
Dubai chocolate is the absolute trend in the international foodie scene
- and the Upper Franconian chocolate manufactory is giving it its very own signature.
The new creation combines proven Upper Franconian craftsmanship with exquisite ingredients and a touch of oriental magic.
This turns the trend product into a sensual pleasure experience.
Dubai chocolate delights with its unique filling:
delicate pistachio cream meets crispy, roasted dough threads known as Kadayif.
This unusual combination creates an exciting texture and a taste that is immediately convincing.
Originally from Dubai, it is considered a luxurious dessert there and has long since caused a stir internationally.

Oriental magic meets Upper Franconian perfection
Each bar contains the essence of the Orient, masterfully combined with precision craftsmanship from Upper Franconia.
'We want to send our customers' senses on a journey - with the very first bite, you imagine yourself in the souks of Dubai,
surrounded by oriental aromas and golden threads. It is a tribute to the beauty of the region and to our handicraft',
Maximilian Kaub, CEO of Lauenstein Confiserie, proudly explains the new product.
It all starts with the crispy highlight of the creation:
Hand-roasted so-called angel hair (kadayif), the golden threads of the Orient.
Freshly roasted in the Lauenstein Confiserie, they develop their characteristic color and intense aroma.
The finest hollow chocolate bodies, which are artfully molded by hand, form the elegant shell.
But the real treasure is inside:
A tempting pistachio filling refined with tahini and a small pinch of Maldon Sea Salt,
which is filled with the utmost care and offers an intense taste experience that conjures up the Orient directly on the tongue.
Each bar is sealed by hand:
A layer of warm chocolate is applied with the utmost precision and a loving touch,
to guarantee a flawless surface and a perfect aroma.
The result is not just a chocolate, but a work of art that combines international flair with regional perfection –
for true connoisseurs who are looking for something special.
'Dubai Style chocolate combines the best of two worlds: the oriental magic of Dubai
and our decades of experience in the production of handmade confectionery products',
explains Marco Schulze, head chocolatier at Lauenstein Confiserie.
'We don't just want to serve a trend, we want to refine it with our craftsmanship.'
