The tonka bean is the star of this new creation and has been in high demand among foodies for some time, beguiling the senses with its intense, spicy aroma.The tonka bean is slightly curved and black in color - after grinding, the brown powder reveals its aromas: reminiscent of a little caramel, almonds and vanilla, as well as a sweet-tart taste.
Combined with our delicious crisp nougat, consisting of the finest hazelnut nougat with wafer crisps, and coated in high-quality milk chocolate, the tonka bean is a wonderfully surprising indulgent component.
